MANAGEMENTUL CRIZELOR ORGANIZATIONALE
Given the complexity of modern society and the spread of the newest communication technologies, crises are an inherent part of our day-by-day life. Nobody can be exempted from them. Several specialists call them “normal” events in any organization’s life. But, because of their extend, or maybe because of their “normality”, there are just a few organizations that get prepared in advance in order to face a crisis. Because of their complexity, crises need several skills so as to resolve them. The entire organization has to prepare and work together to turn a crisis into a successful moment in the organization’s history. What kind of preparation can be done is a question that will find answer in these pages. Also, it is important to find out if really these crises can be or cannot be turn into the organization’s advantage.
