CONSTITUTIONALITATEA PROCEDURII DE REVIZUIRE A CONSTITUTIEI
Current paper discusses from a juridical point of view several aspects of the procedure concerning the review of the Constitution. The conclusion is that in the case of the review of the Constitution in 2004 were followed the procedures and, as a consequence, current form in a modern one, flexible and able to answer current needs.
