LA COOPERATION INTERNATIONALE ET REGIONALE CONCERNANT LA PROTECTION DEL’ENVIRONNEMENT ET L’APPORT DU DROIT NUCLEAIRE. L’EXEMPLE DE LA MER NOIRE
This article presents several short components regarding peaceful uses of nuclear energy, the role played by nuclear energy law, and of complementary institutions and programs in connection to environmental protection. Additionally, this material discusses not only fundamental principles of coordination directed towards sustainable development but also general principles of international law, within a framework of institutional intergovernmental and/or non governmental cooperation towards environment protection based upon global, regional, national or “No State” context.
