RAPORTURILE PARLAMENTULUI CU SERVICIILE PUBLICE DE RADIO SI TELEVIZIUNE
This article refers to the rapports between the Parliament, as legislative power, and the radio and television public services. These rapports are part of the tasks of the parliamentary control function, which is exercised by the Legislative power and they regard the legislative competences in the assignment of management procedure, the parliamentary control over their financial-budgetary activity, as well as over the activity reports over the services presented to the Parliament.
