CONFLICTUL IN CADRUL ORGANIZATIILOR
Even if we are looking for a perfect organization, our attempt will not be a successfully one. The most often met conflicts in the organization are the work conflicts that are considered as a negative attitude that have to be immediately eliminated; in the same time, this kind of conflicts are considered to be necessary by determining important changes in the organization.
