DEZVOLTAREA NOILOR TEHNOLOGII DE INFORMARE SI COMUNICARE
The present article main goal is to reveal that legal stipulation in public administration ICT (Information and Communication Technology) cannot be implemented because a lack of policy on infrastructure and compatibility of existing system. In Romania ITC legal provision are based on Governmental Decision no. 1007/2001 that approves the field strategy for public administration.
