ANALIZA CRITICA A LEGII SPITALELOR DIN PERSPECTIVA CALITATII DE MEDIC A DIRECTORULUI GENERAL
This study is a critical analysis of some parts of the hospitals law – the 270 Law from 18.06.2003, mainly the freedom of the general manager of hospitals to practice medicine in the same time. The case study, a questionnaire applied in the Satu-Mare County Hospital, shows clearly that the staff of the hospital acknowledges this double status of the general manager as damaging to the efficiency and competency of the services offered by the hospital.
