STUDII DE CAZ PRIVIND CREDITAREA MUNICIPALA COMPARATIV CU EMISIUNEA DE OBLIGATIUNI MUNICIPALE
This case study is trying to show the differences between municipal credit and issuing municipal bounds. It also presents the steps that need to be followed by a community in order manage these debts. Local authorities are facing every day, with more and more problems. Many of these problems evolutes in time and in order to solve this problems local communities appealed at municipal credits or at issuing municipal bounds.
