COMUNICAREA IN INSTITUTII PUBLICE
The article describe the standard mode in witch way must be developed communication in public institution. There are analyzed PR definitions, also definitions about communication and public communication, which are so necessary to the public administration system. The article also analyzed communication ways between the public administration staff and mass media, in which way the employer can build his public image.
