INSTITUTIA PREFECTULUI. UNELE ASPECTE PRIVIND NECESITATEA AMELIORARII CADRULUI LEGISLATIV
The present article aims to overview some historical and functional aspects of prefect’s institution in Romania. Legal and organizational aspects are considered in order to structure a reform project of this institution. Improvements in human resource management at prefect’s office still need to be fulfilled. In conclusion we propose amendments to existing laws concerning prefect’s institution.
