CARACTERUL ABUZIV AL PRELUARII UNUI IMOBIL IN TEMEIUL DECRETULUI NR. 223/1974 IN INTELESUL NORMELOR METODOLOGICE DE APLICARE UNITARA A LEGII NR. 10/2001
Between 1945-1989 the former communist regime in Romania confiscated a significant number of buildings from their rightful owners. After 1990, several Laws were passed, attempting to correct this situation. However, there are contradictions between the Law and the methodologies issued for their implementation. There is need for supplemental correlation between the texts of the Law.
