ORDONANTELE GUVERNAMENTALE
The governmental ordinances are judicial forms that are expressing the institution of the legislative delegation. The frequent use of these ordinances in the current practice of the Executive is justifying the increased scientific interest for this category of normative acts. Therefore from the very moment of their constitutional existence a large literature concerning this issue was written, trying to explain the extent of these phenomenon, the political considerations that are stimulating the use of these constitutional instrument, and also the judicial characteristics and their role in the hierarchical system of the normative acts.
