IMPLICATIILE REVIZUIRII CONSTITUTIEI ASUPRA CONTENCIOSULUI ADMINISTRATIV: DISCUTII PRIVIND SEMNIFICATIA SINTAGMEI “INTERES LEGITIM”
The article dwells on implications of the new provisions of Romanian Constitution, revisited in 2003, regarding the judicial review of administrative decisions system. The new regulation is bringing in front of the system the interest of the legal or natural person together with the objective legality of the administrative decision. There are also presented the main solutions adopted in this issue by the western legal systems.
