MECANISME DE CONTROL POLITIC A BIROCRATIEI IN SISTEMUL AMERICAN
There are a wide variety of instruments used by political actors to control and hold bureaucracy accountable. Appointments, statutory control, oversight, administrative procedures, budget are only a few instruments involved in the relationship between politicians and agencies. But politicians have to decide which instrument is proper – which will maximize the benefits, a stronger control and certainty that the bureaucrats will implement the policies in the way politicians want and mitigate the "bureaucratic drift".
