LA TRANSITION VERS UN NOUVEL ORDRE JURIDIQUE EN ROUMANIE DE 1989 A 1998. BREVE ESQUISSE HISTORIQUE
The passage to a new democratic society is not an easy step; after 1989 Romania realizes that behind statements there are very important changes and activities to be done in the very core of the system in order to have a significant improvement of the citizen’s life. In this respect one of the most important area is the legal one; this article is trying to initiate a short analyze of the Romanian transition in this particular field.
