DEZVOLTAREA LEADERSHIPULUI PUBLIC O RESURSA PENTRU MODERNIZAREA GUVERNARII
Today, throughout the scientific world, there is a large debate about „new government” and modernization of public sector. In the first hand, this modernization consists, in the opinion of most researchers, in the multilevel promotion of leadership. This paper wants to be a presentation of references points of this debate. At the same time, this paper promote in the Romanian market of ideas, some themes for thought, I hope, very usefulness for public reform in our country.
