INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT CONTROL AND LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT
The issue of environment is an apparently facile debatable subject, but, in fact, is a very complex and tender one, concerning the whole mankind. The observation and the analysis of the environment carried out especially by the scientists beside the environmental monitoring of its quality conferred to the problem new dimensions and valances since when the man himself generated an horrible scourge: pollution. The durable development has as a purpose to find the optimum among four systems: the economic, the technologic, the ambient and the human one.
