MODELE CANTITATIVE DE LUARE A DECIZIEI (I)
Decision-making is part of the daily work of a manager, working both in public or private sector. Professional literature in Romania has discussed so far quite extensively decision making processes in the private sector, though applications for public sector are so far timid. This article offers an introductive presentation of managerial and political approaches of decision-making processes, with focus on quick and basic methods that help the problem structuring stage.
