IMPACTUL COOPERARILOR INTERNATIONALE ASUPRA DEZVOLTARII PROGRAMELOR UNIVERSITARE DE ADMINISTRATIE PUBLICA IN ROMANIA. STUDIU DE CAZ:UNIVERSITATEA BABES-BOLYAI
The development of the PA Department of BBU can be seen as a very interesting educational experiment, from the point of view of East-West collaboration in PA higher education. It is an example of the decisive impact of cooperation and in the developing and maintaining this organization at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness while, at the same time, providing the assistance in the adaptation to the new needs of the Romanian society. The following evaluation considers several elements including the context of the development of the program, its targets, the means to reach these targets, and indicators of success. In the last section, we will attempt to draw some conclusions about the impact of the international cooperation.
