CONSIDERATII TEORETICE PRIVIND NOUL CADRU JURIDIC AL INCHEIERII CONTRACTELOR DE ACHIZITIE PUBLICA
The article presents the main characteristics of the public procurement contract in Romanian legislation. The public procurement is considered as an administrative contract, because has compulsory provisions, established by the administration. The study dwells also on the specific of Romanian reglementation in respect to the French one, from where it was inspired.
