UNIUNEA EUROPEANA – REALITATE JURIDICA
European Union as a juridical reality can be approach in three different meanings: is created by law, is a source of law and represents a juridical order. The last characteristic arises by the first two. The European law leads to very serious problems, so a very important matter is to know what happens if a communitarian norm which produce rights in a direct way come in conflict with a norm of national law? This conflict can be solved only by according priority to one of these.....
