The modalities of the realization of an unit Europe have reflected in the principles from Robert Schuman’s declaration from 9 May 1950. The complexity of this problem lies in the conciliation of some of the great powers in political and economical plan and in finding of a mechanism who permits the keeping of an equilibrate balance, about this aspect.
