STATUTUL CURTII PENALE INTERNATIONALE
International Penal Court is an international juridical and permanent institution with general and unique competition in trying and penalization of psychical persons accused by serious infringements of the international humanitarian law. The international penalization of genocide infrictional, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the aggression crimes constitute an imperative and an obligation of international community.
