UNIVERSITARII CA RESURSA PENTRU DEZVOLTAREA UNEI CAPACITAT AUTOHTONE DE CONSULTANTA IN ADMINISTRATIA PUBLICA
The ongoing reform in Romanian Public Administration requires a large amount of know-how. Till now the major source were the foreign advisers but the increasing demand will be fulfilled only if a domestic advisory capacity can be build. A possible solution is to involve scholars in the consulting process. The article discuss several problems regarding the problems facing this involvement, like the characteristics of the academic environment, the language of the consulting business, challenges of the process, way to reach the clients.
