NOTIUNEA SI TRASATURILE AUTORITATILOR ADMINISTRATIVE INDEPENDENTE IN UNELE TARI EUROPENE
This article describes the situation according to which the number of independent administrative authorities has increased significantly in some European Countries in the last few years. These authorities were founded at a central level without being subordinated to the Government or to any other administrative hierarchies. The main focus is on the independent French administrative authorities taking into account the fact that we can find many of them within the autonomous central administrative authorities founded after 1990.
