This short interview was made by Marius Dodu, Teaching Assistant of the Faculty of Political and Administrative Sciences from «Babeş-Bolyai» University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with Professor Ph.D., Alain Eraly from the Université Libre de Bruxelles during their meeting in May 2000. It gives an interesting insight to Mr. Eraly’s professional activity in the field of Human Resources Management and reveals some of the specificity of practicing this activity in Belgium organisations, especially in Public Administration.
